Building Submittal Form
The Building Submittal Form, along with other forms from the Environmental Control Committee are required when doing any construction or landscape project over $10,000. Please check the ECC page for more details.
Bond Release Form
Use this form AFTER your project is complete and cleaned up, to request the reimbursement of your bond.
Home Rental Form
The Home Rental Form must be submitted if you wish to rent out your home.
Lodge Rental Form
This electronic form is for private rental of the Lodge. Please read the Private Use of the Lodge Rules, which is on page 6 of the OWL Rules, before filling this out.
Tree Removal
This form must be submitted to the Environmental Control Committee before any trees may be cut down on your OWL property.
Paint or Stain Request
This form should be filled out whenever you want to do any exterior painting or staining of your home or outdoor structures. The ECC needs to approve the color to make sure it is in compliance with our rules and blends with the surrounding woods. Thank you.
Watercraft Registration
Please register all watercraft to receive a spot on one of our canoe or kayak racks, or to be placed on the waiting list. Watercraft which are not registered are subject to removal.
Waiver Request
The OWL Club is required to be granted a right of first refusal before you sell your property. Please fill out this form to request a waiver.
