Fitness Room
Our fully equipped air-conditioned fitness room has proven to be very popular. It is available to OWL Homeowners only, with 24 hour keycard access.
There is a defibrillator & emergency telephone on site.
A list of some of the equipment in the room includes: 2 treadmills, 2 elliptical trainers, a semi-recumbent bike, an upright bike, a 4 station gym, and weights going from 5 to 45 lbs.
Come watch yourself take off the pounds!
